Private House (simulation), Tira
A great deal of thought was put into this work. In order to ensure that the design serves the family in the most enjoyable and comfortable way, Yaron closely examined the habits of the dwellers and listened attentively to all their wishes.
“The unusual habits are the ones I find the most challenging. After becoming familiar with the family and gaining an understanding of their needs, I made the correct division into rooms, and conceived specially designed items which contribute to correct flow throughout the structure.”
The homeowners wished to separate the livings room from the bedrooms, while enabling, along with the privacy, a meeting place in which family members may gather and spend time together. Thanks to correct utilization of space, Yaron planned and designed a mobile console on which the television is fixed. This unique piece of furniture revolves, facing either the living room or bedrooms as necessary. The TV’s mobility enables practical, convenient use, sparing the need for two sets (one in each room) and preventing unnecessary load.
Further examples of Yaron’s practical planning and design are the floating library and hanging console which suit the modern concept the family sought to bring home. In addition, the special combination created by the wooden stairs with the lighting effect draws one, right from the entrance, into the home experience.
As in all of his projects, here too, Yaron is responsible for the design of all of the lighting, plumbing, surfacing, electrics, lowering of ceilings, flooring, selection of quality materials, appropriate color combinations and more.
