The 20 years old duplex was originally bought from the contractor 20 years ago and featured numerous design flaws. The apartment’s space was closed and it was necessary to open it and create a sense of depth and flow.
The selected concept by the designer was modern combined with wooden elements in order to give the space the much needed warmth. In order to make the duplex modern, walls were removed , the kitchen now faces the living room space and new storage areas were added under the stairs.
also, through the house, smart home systems have been installed. The living room got an additional transformation and features a designed concrete decorative wall with lighting and a mounted TV on a special facility to save valuable space.
This project features the designer’s unique trademark, the use of three-dimensional wallpaper that uniquely creates a sense of depth and increases the space visibility.
In addition, all the furnitures are custom made to give the space uniqueness and produce a perfect match despite the obstacles derived from planning of the original house.
